NOTE FROM GRENDA
There
are Job Order Forms at the Clubhouse for
your requests. In order to get a prompt response, your
requests must be submitted in writing and left in the locked
box located in the Clubhouse.
Please
remember to have any additional landscaping approved by the
Architectural Review Committee. Your plans should be submitted in
writing.
Dues are due by the fifth of each month. Please deposit your check
in the locked box in the foyer of the clubhouse if I am not available.
Mowing
Season is now upon us, please make sure your water
hoses and other outside items are appropriately put away
to avoid damage and injury!

Please
check out the Clubhouse and Bed & Breakfast rooms before you
use them to make sure that everything your guest may need is available.
There
is a clean up fee of $25 for the Clubhouse and $25 for the Bed and
Breakfast, if you would like this service. Due to the volume of
reservations, please let schedule clean up when you make
your reservation.
If
you use the grill, please clean it and check the propane
level.
THE
PERFECT FIX
If
you need a handyman to help out please call 525-3533 and leave
a message. We have interviewed him and he has already been to
Glenbrooke to help out a resident in need. A flyer with more
information about this service is available in the Clubhouse.
EXERCISE
CLASS
Our exercise classes
are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at
10:30 am. Please join us! For more information call Grenda at the clubhouse,
386-2280.
