COMMUNITY NEWS

The quarterly Developers/Representatives meeting was held on November 25, 2003. The complete minutes of the meeting are available for your review in the clubhouse office. Since there is access to vehicles and mailboxes from driveways, it was decided that there will be no snow removal from sidewalks on Doulton Circle. Your assistance in moving your vehicle to the street so that driveways maybe completely cleared will be much appreciated.

Our neighbor, Garland Bailey, has accepted the job of snow removal for Glenbrooke again this year. He did an excellent job for us last year and we appreciate his willingness to help out!

Progressive maintenance was awarded the contract for lawn maintenance. The new contract will run from April 2004 to October 2005.

The clubhouse is in need of a new outdoor grill. The Developers has agreed to match us dollar for dollar in order to purchase a new one. If you are interested in making a donation, please contact you representative:

CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS

If you need to reserve the Clubhouse or Bed & Breakfast anytime between now and the end of the year please let Grenda know and make reservations  as soon as possible. Just so you know the Clubhouse has been reserved for use on the following dates:  

December 2, 12, 19, 20, 21, 23, 27, 28 December 27, 28 Bed & Breakfast

2004 - March 29

2004 - May 21, 22

2004 - July 8, 9, 10, 29, 30, 31 B&B

2004 - August 1 B&B

If you need to make any reservations or changes please let Grenda know, she can be reached at  386-2280. 

PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Please remember association dues  should be paid by the fifth of every month. They can be brought to the clubhouse and place in the box in the lobby.  Thank you!
