quarterly meeting of the Boonsboro Developers and the Glenbrooke
Community Representatives will be in held June. If you have any

NOTE FROM GRENDA
Please
remember to have any additional landscaping approved by the
Architectural Review Committee. Your plans should be submitted in
writing.
Dues are due by the fifth of each month. Please deposit your check
in the locked box in the foyer of the clubhouse if I am not available.
We have residents interested in playing canasta. Let me know
if you would like to join them!
Mowing
Season is now upon us, please make sure your water
hoses and other outside items are appropriately put away
to avoid damage and injury!

Thanks
to all those who helped with the Annual Glenbrooke Open
House. It was a great success!! Your representatives and
their wives did a wonderful job meeting and greeting
visitors. Thanks for all the goodies too! It is easy to see
why Glenbrooke is such
a wonderful place to live . . . YOU!
WATER
AEROBICS
We
will begin our Water Aerobics Class after Memorial Day. The
Speedo Aqua Fitness Sets, we will be using are available at
Bed Bath & Beyond on Wards Road. Come join us for this
fun workout! The schedule for this class will be
announced.

Clubhouse
We
are looking for residents to host this year's socials.
Hosts are needed for May, July, August, September,
October, November and December. Our thanks to Irma Kiley
And Sara Osteen for hosting for hosting last month's
social.

Before
we begin scheduling dates for outings, it would be helpful
to know how many are still interested.
For
those interested in continuing this function, please call
Irma Kiley, before our next social and let her know the
day that is most convenient for you.
EXERCISE
CLASS
Our exercise classes
are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Please join us at
10 am. These classes will focus on strength building and
flexibility. For more information call Grenda at the clubhouse,
386-2280.

is a clean up fee of $25 for the Clubhouse and $25 for the Bed and
Breakfast, if you would like this service. Due to the volume of
reservations, please let Grenda know if she should schedule clean up
or if you plan to do the clean up, yourself.
THE
PERFECT FIX
If
you need a handyman to help out please call 525-3533 and leave
a message. We have interviewed him and he has already been to
Glenbrooke to help out a resident in need. A flyer with more
information about this service is available in the Clubhouse.
