Clubhouse
Rental News
Glenbrooke's
clubhouse s being used regularly and we are glad to accommodate each
and everyone! With the increase in usage of the clubhouse,
there is a small charge for a clean-up fee. The
clean-up for using the Clubhouse is $30.00 and $25 for using the Bed
and Breakfast Room. The fee for using both at the same time is
$55.00. This fee does not
include small meetings, bridge club days, and very small gatherings
of less than 10 people. Please make sure the doors are LOCKED and
ALL appliances are turned off after usage. The clean up fee
is due in advance of
your rental.
We have to keep the
clubhouse clean and ready for the next rental. Please come by
and make sure that all "necessities" are available in
advance. If someone is using the Bed & Breakfast rooms.
please use the exercise room at an accommodating time; preferably
after 9:00 AM.
Check
your newsletter for rental dates.
If
your rental date has been omitted from the newsletter, please let me
know. When at all possible please use email or put your
request in the cedar box in the foyer of the clubhouse. My
email address is: GrendaBG@aol.com.
You may also leave your dues check, suggestions, etc. in the
box!
Thank
you,
Grenda
