The
Quarterly Developers and Representatives Meeting will be
held October 1, 2004. Please
direct your Questions and Comments to your representative: David Graham,
Doulton Circle and Richard Bordeaux, Flemington Park. Don't

thank them for doing such a great job!
The
annual Glenbrooke budget meeting will be held October 28 in
the clubhouse. Flemington Park Residents will meet at 6:30
pm and Doulton Circle Residents will meet at 7:30pm.
A
NOTE FROM GRENDA
There
are Job Order Forms at the Clubhouse for
your requests. In order to get a prompt response, your
requests must be submitted in writing and left in the locked
box located in the Clubhouse.
Please
remember to have any additional landscaping approved by the
Architectural Review Committee. Your plans should be submitted in
writing. Please leave your request at the clubhouse. It will
promptly be reviewed and returned to you. Thanks!
Dues are due by the fifth of each month. Please deposit your check
in the locked box in the foyer of the clubhouse if I am not available.
Mowing
Season is now upon us, please make sure your water
hoses and other outside items are appropriately put away
to avoid damage and injury!

your written request in the locked box inside the clubhouse. Thank

Please
check out the Clubhouse and Bed & Breakfast rooms before you
use them to make sure that everything your guest may need is available.
There
is a clean up fee of $25 for the Clubhouse and $25 for the Bed and
Breakfast, if you would like this service. Due to the volume of
reservations, please let schedule clean up when you make
your reservation.
If
you use the grill, please clean it and check the propane
level.
